Payment is due upon booking a reservation. Final invoice will be based on actual guest count and services the day of the party and billed to the card on File.

By booking this event, client agrees for final balance to be billed to the card on file.

There is a 15% service charge applied to parties.

You are welcome to bring your own non-alcoholic drinks, food and dessert with everything you need to serve those items. Don’t forget the birthday candles and a lighter!

*Cancellation & Refund Policy --- In the event you are unable to host your event, due to inclement weather or other various causes, we will be happy to reschedule your event to a mutually agreeable date based on Great Country Farms availability.

In the event you are not able to reschedule, we will provide a full refund minus any catering menu payment and a $50 cancellation Fee.

Refunds are provided in the form of a Great Country Farms Gift Card.

Just a reminder, There are bugs on the farm! We recommend that guests bring bug spray, suntan lotion and wear a hat, closed toed shoes and proper clothing to ensure the best experience possible.

Final counts & payment for events are due 5 days prior to the event date.

Parties may provide a guest list that will be at our Admission counter. Guests will sign in and then be directed to the appropriate venue.

IMPORTANT NOTICE – VIRGINIA AGRITOURISM ACTIVITY LIABILITY LAW

WARNING:
Under Virginia law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others,
risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.

✅1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing tickets and electronically accepting this Agreement, you agree on behalf of
yourself and all participants in your order to the terms below.

✅2. Description of Activities
Activities may include but are not limited to:
● Visiting a working farm
● Animal interaction
● Hayrides or wagon rides
● Corn mazes, pumpkin patches, U-pick
● Play areas, jumping pillows, slides
● Walking on uneven terrain (mud, gravel, grass)
● Exposure to insects, animals, plants, and weather

✅3. Assumption of Risk
You understand agritourism activities involve inherent risks including:
● Uneven terrain, holes, mud, obstacles
● Farm equipment and vehicles
● Animal behavior
● Slips, trips, falls, collisions
● Participant negligence
You voluntarily assume all inherent risks.

✅4. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Virginia law, you release and hold harmless: Great Country Farms, its owners, employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives from any claims
arising out of participation, except for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

✅5. Minors
If purchasing for a minor:
● You are the parent or legal guardian.
● You consent to participation.
● You agree to this Release individually and on behalf of the minor.
● You accept responsibility for supervision.

✅6. Medical Authorization
I hereby release and fully discharge Great Country Farms, its owners, employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives from any claims arising out of any first-aid treatment or other medical services rendered in connection with an emergency and agree to be responsible for all incurred medical expenses for such treatment.

✅7. Electronic Signature
By checking the agreement box and completing purchase:
● You confirm you have read and understand this Agreement.
● You agree to conduct this transaction electronically.
● Your electronic acceptance constitutes your legally binding signature under Virginia law.
