Enjoy celebration time with your family and friends in this open-air, barn venue, and  enjoy all the fun in our 15-acre play area including the jumping pillow, mazes, slides, swings and visiting the animals.


Birthday Party Packages Include:                    


    • 3 hours total (including set up and clean up)  in one of our venues with a party host to help deliver your farm items such as feed cups & gem bags and to assist with set up and clean up.
    • Choice of Venue - 
      •        The Sunflower Hut is located behind our Bakery and seats up to 40 guests
      •        The Corn Crib is located behind our Roosteraunt Concession Stand and seats up to 50 guests
    • Choice of  party times which include your set up & clean up time.  We suggest a guest arrival time of 10:30, 2:30 and 6:30 so you have time to set up prior to guests arriving.
      • 10am-1pm (10:30- 12:30 guest celebration time)
      • 2pm-5pm (2:30-4:30 guest celebration time)
      • 6pm-9pm (6:30-8:30 guest celebration time)
    • Full access to the 15 acre Farm Play Area and newly remodeled Farm Ninja Obstacle Course, Irrigation Station Splash Pad and any Festival activities on your selected party date.  NOTE: November Dino Fest Admission is NOT included in these rates!
    • Reserved Parking Space close to your venue for easy loading and unloading
    • We offer food from our concession stand and the option to serve Henway Hard Cider or Bluemont Wine for your 21+guests attending.
    • You are welcome to bring your own non-alcoholic drinks, food and dessert with everything you need to serve those items.  Don’t forget the birthday candles and a lighter!

A member of our events department will be in touch within 48 hours to confirm and finalize your booking.

Payment is due upon booking a reservation. Final invoice will be based on actual guest count and services the day of the party.

There is a 15% service charge applied to parties.

*Cancellation & Refund Policy --- In the event you are unable to host your event, due to inclement weather or other various causes, we will be happy to reschedule your event to a mutually agreeable date based on Great Country Farms availability.

In the event you are not able to reschedule, we will provide a full refund minus any catering menu payment and a $50 cancellation Fee.

Refunds are provided in the form of a Great Country Farms Gift Card.

Just a reminder, There are bugs on the farm! We recommend that guests bring bug spray, suntan lotion and wear a hat, closed toed shoes and proper clothing to ensure the best experience possible.

Final counts & payment for events are due 5 days prior to the event date.

Parties may provide a guest list that will be at our Admission counter. Guests will sign in and then be directed to the appropriate venue.
