A member of our events department will be in touch within 48 hours to confirm and finalize your booking.
Payment is due upon booking a reservation. Final invoice will be based on actual guest count and services the day of the party.
There is a 15% service charge applied to parties.
You are welcome to bring your own non-alcoholic drinks, food and dessert with everything you need to serve those items. Don’t forget the birthday candles and a lighter!
*Cancellation & Refund Policy --- In the event you are unable to host your event, due to inclement weather or other various causes, we will be happy to reschedule your event to a mutually agreeable date based on Great Country Farms availability.
In the event you are not able to reschedule, we will provide a full refund minus any catering menu payment and a $50 cancellation Fee.
Refunds are provided in the form of a Great Country Farms Gift Card.
Just a reminder, There are bugs on the farm! We recommend that guests bring bug spray, suntan lotion and wear a hat, closed toed shoes and proper clothing to ensure the best experience possible.
Final counts & payment for events are due 5 days prior to the event date.
Parties may provide a guest list that will be at our Admission counter. Guests will sign in and then be directed to the appropriate venue.
